Faith-Based Support: We offer spiritual encouragement and strategic guidance rooted in Christian principles. Please note that coaching is not licensed therapy, counseling, or legal advice, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Your Responsibility: You are the ultimate decision-maker for your life and marriage, retaining full responsibility for your choices and actions.

Confidentiality: Everything shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where required by law for safety.

Safe Environment: To protect our community, we reserve the right to end services or membership immediately (without refund) for disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

Rescheduling: You can easily reschedule your session via your confirmation link up to 24 hours in advance at no penalty.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and missed sessions forfeit the fee entirely. Emergencies happen—just reach out as soon as possible so we can help!

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of our resources and reserved coaching times, all single sessions, packages, and membership dues are strictly non-refundable.

Managing Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your account settings before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
